We are seeking an experienced Regional Supply Specialist for an opportunity at our clients Corporate Office based in the Brisbane CBD. Initially the position is a 4–6 month contract, however does have the potential for extension.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
SAP Ariba experience highly favourable.
2 years+ Procurement/Contract experience in Mining.
MS Office Suite experience.
Demonstrated work experience in contract development, contract administration, contract management and tenders
Basic understanding of Contract Law and General conditions of Supply Contracts
High level of attention to detail and exposure to contract interpretation, provisions of contracts, payment schedules and a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
Current Drivers Licence
The role duties will include:
Maintaining and updating contract management systems which include Emptoris and SAP
Reporting as required
Ensuring compliance of client’s policies, procedures and code of conduct
Ensuring timely and accurate contract documentation including variations. extensions, amendments and deeds
Other admin duties as directed.
