An employer of choice, One Key Resources employs Open Cut and Underground Operators, Tradespeople and Support Staff at close to 100 locations across Australia. One Key Resources is currently seeking an experienced Crew Administrator/Dispatcher to join a fast paced team at a coal mine in the Singleton area. This position would suit someone with a coal mining background, this is desireable, not essential. About the role: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the OCE/Superintendents. Reporting directly to the on Crew OCE's or Production Superintendent Other Ad-hoc task as required Working rotational shift work on the 4 panel roster - 12.5 hour shfits (including nightshits) About you: Advanced administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail High level of Proficiency with MS Office (essential) Previous experience collating professional reports Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop excellent working relationships In return, we offer: Fixed Term Contract (including leave entitlements) Weekly Pay Competitive Hourly Rates Press the APPLY button now for this great opportunity!
